Our Client Relations function at the Workers’ Compensation Trust is aimed at enhancing the customer relationship experience of our three customer segments: school districts, their employees, and providers of care and services to school employees injured in the course and scope of employment. It re-brands and re-organizes our value-added services anchored by client relations and industrial hygiene and demonstrates our commitment to re-discovering and re-engaging our customers by leveraging and integrating both human capital and technology to provide the tools, processes, and resources necessary to reduce total cost of risk while maximizing customer experience.
