Ben Hollar and Christian Porter, Return-to-Work Managers, will provide an overview of how PSWCT/UP Member Districts can navigate return to work barriers for complex claims. This session will focus on how early return to work can be an effective way to combat psychosocial barriers and defeat disability conviction. They will discuss the impact of employing job modifications to mitigate risks in the workplace. In conclusion, the best strategies to execute return to work priorities will be reviewed and why alternative permanent/modified duty job offers can result in a successful return to work and claim outcome.
