Most medical services to injured workers beyond the initial visit must be rendered by a Washington Department of Labor and Industries approved provider. Information about joining the medical provider network can be found on the LnI web site.

Additionally, many services, such as surgeries, inpatient hospitalizations, physical therapy, massage, and chiropractic care require a utilization review process. The turnaround time for utilization review is typically 3-5 days, therefore, please contact our office as soon as possible to avoid an interruption of care to your patient.
