PSWCT/UP is happy to partner with Gillian Fox of the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries, along with Ben Hollar and Christian Porter of PSWCT/UP, for a practical conversation about helping injured employees return to work safely and successfully.
We’ll explore: Practical strategies and resources to help support employees while improving return-to-work and claim outcomes.
This training provides an overview of the value of early return-to-work (RTW) intervention and its positive impact on recovery, claim outcomes, and organizational costs. Participants will learn how timely transitional work benefits both injured workers and member districts by promoting recovery, maintaining workplace connection, and reducing time-loss. This session discusses PSWCT/UP’s Return-to-Work Incentive Program (RTWIP), highlighting how it mirrors the Department of Labor and Industries Stay at Work program and the importance of balancing the employer’s ability to provide safe, suitable work.
