Participants will learn: A stronger investigation process that helps uncover what happened, why it happened, and what can be done to keep it from happening again.
This presentation covers the primary tasks of an accident and incident investigation: gathering information, analyzing event facts to determine the root cause, and implementing effective solutions. It is required that an accident reporting process exists within your Accident Prevention Program.
This presentation focuses on how to develop this process to not only check the compliance box, but create something that will prevent injuries from reoccurring (or from happening in the first place).
